Do I really need to hit my numbers?

The short answer, YES.

The long answer, still YES.

I get it….sh*t happens and everything doesn’t always go planned.  That’s okay!  However, control what you can, when you can.  Consistency is key to your success.  Remember the tips about planning ahead?  Plan your day and log before you eat. If you get to the end of the day with extra macros it is an easy fix. Once you go over you can’t go back.

Your goals is to be within 5g+/- on your carbs and protein and within 2g+/- on fats.
