We all find ourselves in this situation now and then.  Don’t panic!  Use the MACRO Guide to find foods which contain the macros you need to hit your numbers. To find the exact macro of each food use the resources listed below to look them up or just enter into MyFitnessPal.

While this list is by no means comprehensive these are the foods most likely to be available.  There are a few non-perishables we suggest having on hand for MACROmergencies. 

protein powder (one low on carbs/fat)
canned salmon (or tuna…no quite as lean however)
dried fruit
ghee, olive oil, coconut oil
chia seeds (easy to add to shakes for fiber)
